Celebrity blogger, Perez Hilton, is under fire (again) after creating some controversy (again) after posting an uncensored panty-less upskirt photo of underage Miley Cyrus climbing out of a Tesla Roadster convertible, while she was on the set of a video shoot.

Below is exactly what Perez posted on his Twitter page last Sunday:

“If you are easily offended, do NOT click here [link redacted] Oh, Miley! Warning: truly not for the easily offended!”

The media caught wind of this and completely blew the whole thing of context because of Miley being a minor.  I simply see this as nothing more than media outlets looking for a hot story to sell, so they spun it to make it even more controversial by saying that you can see Miley’s vagina.

To make a short story short, Perez Hilton is now being accused of supposed distribution of child pornography, he’s looking at prison time, and a bunch of other crap that will never hold up in any court of law.  I’m positive 99% of the lame journalists and bloggers writing these articles bashing Perez haven’t even seen the supposed “Miley Cyrus pussy shot” photos.  Why do I think this? Because ANYONE who has seen the uncensored photos would immediately see that she IS wearing panties…and there is NO vagina! Besides the obvious missing vagina, anyone who looked the uskirt photos would be staring at her crotch and would therefore be just as guilty as Perez for posting the photo.

In a video on his blog site Perez TV, Hilton said when firing back at the media, “Seems like the whole world is thinking I posted a video of Miley’s vagina without underwear on. Do you think Miley is that stupid to be out in public without panties? Sure I may nickname her Slutty Cyrus, but she’s not a moron! And also, do you think I’m stupid enough to post a photo of Miley if she’s not wearing any underwear down there? No.  Sure I like to be controversial, but I don’t want to go to jail. People! Snap out of it!”

The first-ever XFANZ Expo 2010 at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino’s Rehab pool in Las Vegas proved to be a huge success, as fans came out in droves to party with porn stars, models, hip-hop artists and adult businesses of all kinds. The XFANZ Expo was also the world’s first outdoor adult erotica event. This new approach to adult expos seems to be a perfect for the adult industry and it’s raving fans.

State lawmakers gave final approval Thursday night to a long list of legislations, which one Missouri Democrat said would “kill small business” in Missouri.  The House passed the bill 118-28, and the Senate followed suit with a 27-4 vote, sending it to Governor Jay Nixon.   This move is happening in a state with a mid-year budget deficit that hovers around the $700 million mark.

The Missouri legislation would apply to strip clubs, adult video and book stores and other businesses of a sexual nature, including semi-nude model studios.

It would ban full nudity, alcohol, anyone younger than 18 and touching between semi-nude employees and customers. To ensure strippers are off-limits, the bill requires semi-nude employees to remain on a stage at least 18 inches high and at least 6 feet from customers in a room of at least 600 square feet.

The bill also requires sexually oriented businesses to close at midnight and prohibits them from locating within 1,000 feet of homes, schools, churches, libraries, parks, day cares or other sexually oriented businesses.

According to the American Civil Liberties Union of Eastern Missouri, the bill not only violates free speech protections, but is also intended solely to put adult business in the state out of businesses.

“These laws appear to be designed to drive these businesses out of business,” ACLU representative John Coffman said in a February interview. “At some point, the over-regulation of a business simply because you don’t like that business or you don’t like the content that’s being viewed in those businesses would violate the first amendment.”

Sen. Jolie Justus, a Kansas City Democrat, opposed the bill, saying that in his city alone, the law would lead to the closure of 13 businesses and put hundreds of people out of work at a time when the city and the state need all the jobs they can get.

“There is a business owner in my district who came to me and said, ‘If this bill goes into effect without any changes, I have 140 employees that are going to be looking for work,” Justus said during debate in the Senate chamber Thursday. “Tonight, we’re going to kill an industry that brings in anywhere from $7 to $10 million in revenue…we’re going to kill small business tonight.”

According to State Senator Matt Bartle, “Most human beings understand that if you mix alcohol and women dancing in the nude, that’s a tough combo,” he said. “Bad things happen.”

The bill was stalled earlier this year by objections from some House Democrats. They said the bill infringed on the free market, cut into local control, placed religious and political viewpoints into law and would force some businesses to close, which would drive up unemployment and reduce state tax revenues.

Rep. Stephen Webber, D-Columbia, who voted against the bill, said “If we had a vote by secret ballot, this bill would die.”  “But everybody wants to be holier than thou.”

It was only a matter of time before someone would come up with a parody of the infamous MTV reality show Jersey Shore. Of course, you knew it would be named something as porny as Jersey Whores.

Adam & Eve has been signed as the exclusive distributor of “Jersey Shore XXX”, starring Taryn Thomas. Thomas, director/producer/owner of Taryn It Up Entertainment, is a native Jersey girl herself and is very excited about the deal.

“I have had a long-standing relationship with the folks at Adam & Eve and am so excited to work with them on this project. There isn’t a better company out there to blow this thing out like a Jersey Guido hairdo.”

“We have an all-star cast, an incredible crew and all the ingredients for a killer movie, so the only thing missing was getting the best distribution out there,” she said.

“Jersey Shore XXX” stars Thomas as a take-off on Snooki, along with Veronica Rayne, Dylan Ryder, Espizedo, TJ Cummings, Memphis BlakeAngela Aspen and Johnny Castle.

Zero Tolerance Entertainment has also announced on Dec. 29th that it also plans to film their own porn parody of the show, Jersey Whores. The project will be written and directed by Spock Buckton and Brian Bangs and filmed by Mike Quasar.

Director/Writer Brian Bangs said, “Anyone who has seen the MTV show knows that it’s just ripe for a parody. The show is so outrageous and ridiculous that the decision to shoot a movie was – like the show itself – a “no brainer.” Our script is so obnoxious and offensive that we feel that we’re remaining true to the show!”

As of the writing of this article, casting and filming locations for Jersey Whores have not been announced. Production is set to begin this January.

Adult Entertainment Broadcast Network (AEBN) has announced the winners of its annual VOD Awards, now in its 5th year! Since 2006, AEBN has recognized the most popular films and stars of each year, as chosen by the viewing habits of the millions of fans who visit AEBN’s global network of theaters.

Carrie Prejean has been calling her solo sex tape, which she recently tried pressuring her ex boyfriend into saying that she was underage in, “the biggest mistake of my life.” According to RadarOnline.com, it now turns out it has become 40 biggest mistakes of her life.

“Now a RadarOnline.com investigation has uncovered that there are SEVEN more “biggest mistakes” of her life – all of them solo performances, just like the one sex tape that the religious beauty queen has admitted to. And there are 30 photos of Carrie, most topless, some showing everything, and most taken by Carrie using her reflection in a mirror.”

“On one tape Carrie is wearing just a flowing white blouse as she touches her own body in an alluring manner. Carrie can be heard moaning on a few of the tapes.”

In her newly released book Carrie wrote, “God gave us our bodies, and it’s perfectly right that we use them in ways where we can give glory to God by making our bodies, our temples of the Holy Spirit, strong and fast.”

Adult film company, Vivid Entertainment, and celebrity gossip site, TMZ, both have copies of Prejean’s sex tape. However, it has not yet been reported if they are both the same tapes.

Vivid Entertainment announced today that it has obtained a copy of the much talked about solo sex tape made by Carrie Prejean. They are currently attempting to strike a deal with the former Miss California beauty queen for the rights to distribute it.

“We’ve now seen the footage that has been so much in the news lately, we’ve reviewed it and we are ready to negotiate with Carrie,” said Vivid vice president Steven Hirsch. “We look forward to contacting Carrie and forging a business relationship with her.”

Preajean reported that she made the tape for her former boyfriend when she was 17 years old. However, according to Hirsch, “The third party that brought the tape to Vivid affirmed that she was over 18 years of age at the time it was made.”

Celebrity gossip site, TMZ, has had a copy of the tape for weeks but has chose not to release it. As TMZ reported, the solo sex tape was played in front of several people during settlement negotiations between Prejean and the Miss USA Pageant just a few weeks ago. Once Prejean saw the tape, she instantly dropped her $1 million demand.

“The footage we saw is a series of very graphic and hot clips,” said Hirsch. “Let’s just say that she appears to be totally enthusiastic and is thoroughly enjoying herself. Carrie says the tape was ‘the biggest mistake of my life.’ That may be, but she can take this mistake and turn it into cold, hard cash. I’m more convinced than ever that this could be our best-selling Vivid-Celeb tape.”

Vivid Entertainment has renewed the $1-million offer that it made to “biblically correct” Carrie Prejean, the Miss USA 2009 runner-up, back in May to star in one of it’s upcoming movies.

The offer by Vivid was renewed after Prejean publicly admitted to the existence of a solo sex tape, which she made when she was a teenager.

“We originally made the offer in May when Carrie was making headlines during the controversy over her statements during the Miss USA Pageant,” Vivid co-chairman Steven Hirsch said. “She didn’t get back to us at the time. Now that it’s been revealed that she has actually made her own sex tape we know her reluctance certainly wasn’t based on any fear of performing sexually for the camera. She’s a beautiful woman with plenty of talent and we still believe that a video featuring her would be a best seller.”

Prejean, dethroned from her Miss California USA crown, abruptly ended her legal battle with pagent officials after attorneys played her sex tape with her mother sitting in the same room.

The former beauty queen reported that she was just 17 years old when she decided to send her then boyfriend, who she “loved and cared about” at the time, her own private sex video.

Prejean attracted nationwide attention with her response to a question about same-sex marriage during the 2009 Miss USA pageant. Prejean was asked by pageant judge Perez Hilton whether she believed every U.S. state should legalize same-sex marriage. She responded,

“Well I think it’s great that Americans are able to choose one way or the other. We live in a land where you can choose same-sex marriage or opposite marriage. And, you know what, in my country, in my family, I think that I believe that marriage should be between a man and a woman, no offense to anybody out there. Media attention intensified after Hilton posted a video blog on his website, where he called Prejean a “dumb bitch” and said her answer was the worst in pageant history.

Professional mix martial arts fighter War Machine, 28, has signed with LA Direct Models, who will represent him in his new career in the adult entertainment industry. According to the agency, War Machine has already shot his debut scene for Digital Playground, performing with contract girl Riley Steele.

LA Direct owner Derek Hay told AVN “The shoot went very well, and he’s already booked to do a second shoot Sunday for Naughty America.”

Born Jonathan Koppenhaver, before legally changing his name, War Machine was a fighter on The ‘Ultimate Fighter 6: Team Hughes vs. Team Serra’ reality television series. He currently holds an MMA record of 10-3-0. He lost his most recent fight on Oct. 8 to David Mitchell via split decision.

War Machine was dropped by the UFC in September 2008. In February 2009, he began working as a topless VIP lounge bottle server at the gay/alternative nightclub, Krave, in Las Vegas.
